This could be a great deal. I would like to know two things:

One: Just how negotiable is your $200 asking price?

Two: Can you please explain why the following red error flag message pops up on your site...

"Ownership of this domain has NOT been verified by the seller."

You have to understand that something like this looks really bad to potential buyers.

With the low monthly visitors and revenue, it would behoove you to work the site a little bit and then post for sale. A good site with lots of traffic despite revenue would be worthy. A good site with some traffic and decent revenue would be worthy. However, yours has neither at this point, but certainly has potential. With a young domain name on a celebrity that most would soon forget about you will be hard-pressed to sell it at its current condition. Female celebrity names pay squat in published ads (AdSense, for example) so it will take some good traffic to make it palatable for someone to bid over $36 USD.

Do yourself a profitable favor; patience! Work the site hard for a few months and sell it after renewing the domain and building up the stats a bit.
