    Very few sites that can be SOLD for more than $1000 in DP marketplace here :) normally is between $20 - $100, may be you should try different marketplace...

    But on Flippa you would be asked to show proper stats, and earnings screen shots.

    Your stats above say 5,000 UV Per Month,, But you say your page views are 236,000 pre month.

    Yes, of course is Flippa.com, like other say as long as you can show the true stats of your revenue/traffic then your site definitely can sold there for much higher price. WHY? no idea. but it is a proved true FACT.

    Smart people will buy site in DP here for DIRTY CHEAP price then do some little SEO and put up on Flippa to sell it to make huge profit.

    There are many deals and buyers in $x,xxx and $xx,xxx on DP too. Your site is just not making that much for the high bin, besides it's offline now.
