Okay, so for starters, there are going to be those that would say this belongs in some "Entertainment" category.

But lets face it. Most of us who frequent this site have some sort of vision of grandeur, and who better to idolize than Gordon Gecko. It could be said this movie is a direct dramatization of the business world favorite, "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu.

"Greed is good". And according to the New York Times, it's STILL freaking good! I'm really excited about this news, and I couldn't think of a better place to share it!! Gordon Gecko's comin' back!

BTW, if you haven't SEEN the movie Wall Street, I highly recommmend it! It's a must see for anyone who has dreams of the big time!

The links aren't working for me. :(

Anyway, I remember Gekko saying that the market is a zero-sum game. Ha, what a fool.

    Here are the working links

    Gordon Gecko

    New York Times

The OP accidentally put the http:// part in twice. Perhaps the drugs had begun to take hold. :)

    that was a good movie.

he could be the internet's gordon gecko, forclosing on mom and pop websites and selling them to domain parking services for a quick buck.

this was a great movie, we had to watch it for a term paper assignment in one of my MBA classes.

I think that making sequels to really old movies from 20 years ago is really lame, though.

I agree for the most part, but the new Rocky gave me a renewed faith in sequels 20 years out. Hoping for the best on this one!
