Selling WalkAwayForeclosures.com Lead Gen Site based on Wordpress - Optimized

I started www.walkawayforeclosures.com/ in 2008 and just haven't had time to work on it.

Built it to be a lead gen site
Sells leads to mortgage modification brokers and attorneys
Developed using Wordpress and the Freshnews theme
It will rank for the keywords in the URL within a few weeks to a month I just left it noindex until last week
It does not rank right now and therefore hasn't generated any income or site traffic.

The main blog content is original and copyrighted. The homeowner tools are revisions of content from numerous sites.

Registered: 5/15/2008 at GoDaddy and still there.

It has great potential especially if you know anyone in the industry.

What justifies the $100 opening bid? The site isn't even indexed and the content is worth maybe $60 to $70. You might want to try flippa, there are lots of newbies there.
