    Wallly world just wants to trademark it to use only in their stores.
    So that other stores could not used the smiley unless they paid wally a big license fee.

    Can't see them getting a patent on something that is so mainstream for 30 years.

    Wally is not evil, just too damn big for his britches!

    I think the shirt was yellow in the movie too. Not white. Tisk tisk, BBC. I think forest is spelt wrong too. Wasnt it forrest?
