How 'bout IF we are going to leave policing the scammers up to us members... give us a chance to do this by stop editing the references to posts / moving posts / & locking up these threads so we can not continue the discussion to get the necessary facts.

I noticed this accused scammer had posted on mine and someone else's sales thread and I felt like I was hijacking their thread to continue this discussion on his alleged use of a stolen paypal account.

Meanwhile... this member remains actively bidding on (& disrupting) other sales threads because the thread on him has been locked now.

Just use the [IMG] button to say that the poster is disrupting threads.

Nothing can be done to stop scammers. NOTHING.

We have a chategory structure on DP. Threads that do not fit in our category structure are moved.

If someone is involved in scamming, the proper way to document the problem is:

Leave itrader (in proper thread) documenting the facts.
Report the problem in the thread in which the problem occurred.
