    Hi everyone

Im not sure if im just being an uptight prick or not

however.... a recent drama has questioned my perspective on things.

    I recently ordered a banner from bannersmall.com;

    Sent funds day 1.

Received " Thanks for payment email "

    Day 2 nothing

    Day 3 nothing.

Emailed, MSN messages sent. No reply.

its only when i requested a paypal refund that they decided to answer emails!

They expect customers to wait 2-3 days, with no contact?

Am i a uptight prick thats impatient ?

I email all clients regarding new orders and update them, i never leave them 12 hours without an update... But 2 days? I would be getting a refund and going some where else.

Whats your thoughts? Would you wait around for 2-3 days, after getting only one email and no update on your new order?

    Thanks D.P

Nope, you had reason to request a paypal refund.

I would have recomended decentbanners.com though, the designer behind that site is great! (it's not me, before people think i'm trying to promote my own services)

I don't care how busy someone else is - if I have given someone my money, they better give me something, or tell me something right away -

The normal waiting period is 24 hours -

That gives time for time differences, etc.

I get irritated if I don't get a "thank you, you are so wonderful and awesome for spending your money here" email immeditately after paying for something.

well they did state clearly in FAQ and it is customer's duty as well to read it before acquiring to know how they do business and their time frame
and panic only after their specified time limit is reached
