Very pink! But the colors seem to go well together.

Just a guess, but the absolute bottom left of a1linksdirectory.com is probably not the most profitable location for your adsense banner.. or maybe it isn't rendering correctly with my browser (Mozilla).

Try a header image. It currently looks too plain.

A 3d header would be nice. There's so many link sites, you could use some Flash graphics grab some attention.

What the others said about the banners.

If I were you I would seriously consider a banner at the top that is linked to the current colour scheme you have, or any colour scheme you have in mind for the future. The bottom banner just needs putting into the centre and then it would look fine.

I would also put some information about the website on the front page to tell the users what it is about.

Other than that I think it's pretty decent.

ummmmm girlish look, and it seems me that you are not a webdesigner? Are you a webdeveloper?? Because in your site it lack of images and sure lack of good html, but its not a big deal to improve it, hire some professional designer of pic any template from template monster......

 

I loved it really caught my attention
