Wait, so my RapidShare.com account has been stolen for the second time.

I've had this RapidShare.com account for a while now, and apparently, it just got stolen for the second time.

The password is not written down nor stored anywhere, and I emailed RapidShare, and they said someone had access, had changed the login id, password, and email address, and will NOT send the new login details to me as I am not the owner of the account anymore.

How is it possible someone's stealing it from me? These people download gigs of software from the account (as far as I know when I took it back last time)

I have ZoneAlarm firewall blocking all incoming packets and checking all outgoing, as well as antivirus and anti-spyware software.

All I remember is it was stored in a cookie for a while, and that's it.

I'm pretty upset now, and any ideas on how I can get it back or how it got stolen would be nice.

I tried the forgot your password but it says No Account Found. I'm afraid of purchasing another account because it might get stolen again.
