I had register a domain via moniker on 29/4 and unable to change the nameserver on that domamin. On the same date 29/4 , I write email to immediately. Until 7 May still no response from On the same day, I open a ticket via Support Center On 10 May, I received a staff response but it's totally helpless. Then, I reopen the ticket on the same day. Also, I write email to don[add]corp.moniker.com on 25/5, 2/6 and 16/6 respectively. However, the problem still have not solved....and the reopened ticket still have not answered. I wonder to know where is the moniker support. Kam
It is really horrible. Do a try resolving this issue by calling them at 1(954)861-3500. Please try sending emails to them at sales, marketing, support etc.
wow....what kind of support is that. In my experience name.com response with in 24 hours and thats worst for me. But in your case I can't describe it in my own words. That sucks. If you can call them then I guess thats the only best thing you can do.
