You must need Good Traffic web site for getting approved. Site atlest have 50+ pages.. and good google search ranking. Content must be uniqe, not be copyright.. apply with some Finance Related site.. Hope you got approved.
Why don't you just try to apply with your BEST site and see what happens, I got accepted to neverblueads with not so much traffic or unique content ...
Nonsense. You don't even need to have a website at all. Plenty of people that do strictly PPC sign up with the above mentioned networks and others all the time. Of course, you'll need to talk to them and explain your business model/traffic sources to them, and also come off as a professional. But you do not necessarily need any websites (unless you tell them you plan to promote their offers on self-published websites).
