I am interested in a domain that is registered and it is a pronounceable LLLL.com domain. What is the best way to value this domain for an offer to the owner. I don't want to over pay but also want the offer to be reasonable and give the owner a reason to sell. I know the owner isn't in the domain investing business but they do know that they have a good domain. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I would contact them and ask them if they would be
intereted in selling, before even talking price. They
may offer it to you at what they think it is worth.

You can then search other LLLL.com sales to see
what they sold for and if it is a fair price. Take
a look at DNJournal.com to see if any LLLL.com
    sales are listed.

Also, see if they have a site up at that domain.
They may not want to sell or hold out for more
money if the name is in use.
