    they are not content based approval sites... they are just CPA sites - so you need to have website to promote them...

    Pay per click sites do have content restrictions - but not such restriction with CPA offers...

    Create any blogspot blog and give the URL to CJ and pepperjamnetwork and go ahead and signup for the account - you will know all things in the account...

    CPA's just need their offer to be promoted that's all...
