    try re-upload your .htacess file that came with phpLD. Check its not blank.

    Clear category cache. I think you can find it on your phpLD adminCP.

    thx. for ur help this the main problem .and the directory work now

    but i ask now what the relationship between .htaccess and the problem that "when click in any category appear 404 not found error"

    It's working fine! phpld directory shall not have such problems, though I found many other directory types have this annoious errors.

    but really the problem with my directory that i delete .htaccess file and this was why the problem

    Therefore, I asked what is the relationship between deleting .htaccess file and this problem
