Well i run a forum... a somewhat successful one i believe. we hit 10,000 members today and were only a year and 2 months old. but what bothers me is that we have 2,000 un verified accounts... now should i delete these... resend emails to them.... what... also any thoughts on making people completely sign up more.
Well, my advice to you since im holding a 13000 member community, would be that you delete them if they are un-verfied after 30 days like Luke said. Congrats by the way!
email them once two more times. give it 2 weeks between emails. then remove them from the DB afterwards if they dont becom active.. what is the forum btw?
Yes, just like everybody else says, I'd suggest to send them one or two more emails. If they don't verify their email, you should delete them..
