W9 Form?

    I have two questions regarding the W9 form.

    1. Is there a W9 form that we can download off of the internet somewhere?

    2. Will Azoogle allow us to email a W9 form to them?

    the irs.gov site and you download it its a .pdf file and just open it with adobe reader type your name on the form and then use an online fax to fax a copy of it with your name on it to their fax machine and thats it :)

    1. If you don't know where to find w9 form than your probably not US citizen and you need w8.

    2. No, Azoogle only accepts IRS forms through regular mail.
