Wow man it is so hard to get a hold of the Affiliate Managers!! well here is my question hope any DPers can help me. I just reached my $50 so I want to get paid, My Affiliate manager said that I should send my W9 to their Canada office but I live in the USA, should I send it to their NY office or just send it to Canada. Note: I have called both offices and affiliate managers I get a voice mails all the time, emails take several days to respond! so frustrating!!
I sent in my w9 about a month ago, and i was just wondering if I was supposed to be notified about them receiving it, because I was never notified. How am I suppose to know that they got it? Thanks
Does anyone have a link to the form? Or do I just send in a general w9? Whats the fax that I send it to? Im getting over the 1k mark and totally forgot that im supposed to send it in
we can fax it right?? I've just applied and am waiting for my application to get accepted. how much time will that take?
I don't think you can FAX it in to them (emailed them to double check 3 days ago and still haven't got a reply). W9 form is here. FYI, W8 form (international subscribers) is here.
you have to mail the form to the Canadian office (just did that so i'll get my payment on the 15th), they cannot accept faxed copies since it's a legal tax document, need the legal form signed for the records. Send fedex/ups/priority mail best way.
This is a huge flaw with azoogle. Why can I do six figures with other networks/programs and never send a thing? We have not really been huge on azoogle but are considering it as one option for some traffic and I noticed there was like 3k in the account so I asked why I never got paid and then....bango...still haven't gotten paid BTW. Funny thing is, the aff manager or one of them calls me trying to get me to do biz with them, etc...but I cannot even collect, lol
