W9 Form - Just a typical form or downloadble somewhere?

    I need to mail in the W9 form, but don't see anywhere to download it on the site. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or if I'm just having an off day mentally ;)

    It is the same form so just download it from the Irs website.

    Ok, I assumed that was the case. Thanks for the info. I emailed my affiliate manager about a few other things and mentioned the W9 form, but she hadn't gotten back to me.

    Thanks though. I'll just print this off tonight and send it in :D
