w9 Form - Backup Withhoding question

    Hi everybody,

    I have a question regarding the w-9 form. Do you I need to check the option that says "Exempt from backup withholding" ?

    Here my situation:

    1. I live in Canada
    2. I don't have any SSN or TIN number

    w-9 is for people that live in usa.
    there may be another form that you need to fill out.
