w8 tax form for clickbank?

    I just want to know if we had to fill a w8 tax form for click? I'm awaiting my check and was just getting worried why its hasn't arrived. I emailed the clickbank support but they didn't answer me.

    I don't remember submitting my tax info to clickbank. Did we had to submit any tax related forms or documents in order to get paid?

    I thought many other affiliate programs asked me to submit one when signing up. It seems to be required by US law but CB doesn't require that?

    I know CJ asks all foreign publishers to submit a w8 form.

    You are sure about that?

    They claim you if you're paid over $600, you report it on your taxes in the US, they don't have you submit one though. CJ and affiliates are the only places I ever used that made you submit w9.
