    I saw this video:

    Do I have problems if I follow these steps?
    Can someone help me with w8 ben form.

    Part1 Number: 6, 7, 8

    Part2 Number: 10

    Do I have to check Part 3?

    About Part 2,Number 9, is it correct to check only 9a(not b, c, d, e)

    And is it correct to fill "INDIVIDUAL" in "Capacity in which acting"

    I'll be very thankful.

    OK thanks, but is it that form the same for different countries and different affiliate programs?

    And let's say I make mistakes, and send wrong form.What can happend?

    Do I have to fill SSN or ITIN or EIN?

    For 9a)? How can I know that there are tax treaty between the United States my that country?

    And what about 10, and 11?

    Is this for the same for different countries?
