Buying W3C SEO WP Site Design for The Blind

    Hi there,

    I am 90% blind and have a site already created but need help to improve its useablity for blind and sighted people, making it w3c compliant and improve it's SEO. I would like this site to rank well for keywords "The Blind" and "blindness". Site title: The Blindness Community Services Guide.

    As on the above example I would like the categorys to be links that take you further down the page.

    I would like a link where people can choose from one of the page categories to submit a service they know of in their state to be added to their states info guide page to help keep the site up-to-date. If their info could be automatically added to the page that page upon approval that would be even better.

    And I would like an area on every page where Amazon & Clickbank ads could be blended in.
