    You build up infractions and get a temporary ban. Sometimes there permanent I think, if your a real nut case.

    I don't think so, I guess, he accumulate another 10 pointer, just need to wait for 1 of the infraction points to expire and he will be back. Frankly he is more famous than Douglas MacArthur with regards to being back.......
