after i deactivate W3 Total Cache plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/w3-total-cache/ other plugins admin pages give this error message You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. when i reactivated W3 Total Cache plugin the plugin some menues of the plugin options itself give me the same error message You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
