W-8BEN form

    i need help with the 10th question "Special rates and conditions".. can somebody post a link to some useful site, or just write the instructions..

    Do you need to fill that form and fax them in ordr to get paid. Is that compalsary.

    Yes, you must fill out that form. It's to prove to the US Government that you are not a resident of the United States, so you don't have to pay US taxes (if I remember correctly).

    Search this forum, there have been many threads about this form.

    how about never faxing it to the CJ office? I've Joined CJ for long time ago, but i never send it back to their office? what the case i face will?

    Anybody to give any suggest
