vt16.com : Bad Host - Asked for a refunded for services not rendered. Refused!

A word of warning. They do not honor the 28 day refund policy on there web hosting website.

I only hosted 1 week with them and out of that week was up a total of 3 days.

I switched hosts and ask for a refund, but they refused. They refused to give me a refund, even under threat of giving them a neg itrader. They just laughed at me. The support offered was not that great either. The phone number listed on the website was only answered once out of the many times I tried calling them. The online support was lacking as it was broken when the servers went down and stayed down for HOURS at a time.

Warning!!

They are a terrible host and I would stay away from them.

Come to find out there are others that got scammed by this host.

As was stated a 28 Days Money Back Guarantee not honored. I asked twice in a private message for a refund, before I brought up a neg itrader.

I said:

Then your replied, okay..

I waited another day no refund. Then I sent you this one.

You are showing your true colors. Keep posting to this thread. Contempt for your customers.


So, since I asked twice before for a refund. Then had to resort to tell you I was going to leave a neg itrader. Then you took that as a threat? Wow, I expected a refund, but you decided to show your contempt instead.

 

Good thing i didnt bother hosting my sites there a while back..

As to OP I would say try to work things out with Freddy
and just few incidents do not make a company a scammer yet.

or you can try getting your back from payment issuer
