People are always wondering if Paypal of Alertpay is legitimate or SCAM, Honestly it is not and it is proven by many users out their, the problem is, there are people who violate the rules in Paypal and Alertpay and making a scandalous words against for the both site. Then what is more effective and better to use? Is it Alertpay or the Paypal? THnik about it. Let us know their qualifications: Both services allow users to send money to recipients securely and without divulging personal account information to the recipient. But there differences for the both of them, in Terms of Conditions, how people manage it, how they promote it etc. First... PayPal claims more than 153 million accounts in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world, including 42,000 PayPal shops. AlertPay does not publish its number of accounts, but an Internet search yields relatively few merchants accepting this kind of payment. you can decide for that, if that can help you Second: For different places, we have a lot of currency and both Paypal and Alertpay accept it. Third: In general, sending payments from one personal PayPal account to another is free for the sender and recipient. Recipients with personal AlertPay accounts must pay a dollar per transaction. For receiving credit card payments, PayPal charges 4.9% on the transaction plus 30 cents; AlertPay charges a flat 5%, so the difference will be minimal for most transactions. For that you can see that the Paypal is more cheaper than Alertpay..but it more acceptable right now. You! What do you prefer to use?
But alertpay supports more countries than paypal. So residents of countries like Pakistan, Egypt, Bangladesh cannot buy or sell thorough paypal.
I have been using both sites for over a year. I have never had any probems with paypal. But I cannot say the same about alertpay. I live in Turkey and it was a nightmare trying to get verified by alertpay. I had to send documents several times - but the customer service was almost non-existent. I had to keep chasing them up. In the end I just gave up, because I could do everything I wanted through paypal anyway. However, recently I decided to set up my own website, so logged back on to my alertpay account to try to resolve the problem. And I was very pleasantly surprised. They have now changed their verification procedures and do it automatically rather than manually, as before. It took me about 2 minutes to get my account verified! So anyone that has experienced similar problems with them, and given up like I had, they have sorted out this problem now.
PayPal no doubt if people would only read PayPal's Terms of Service they would not be experiencing the headaches, hiccups & problems they're having with using PayPal's services. If you know PayPal is not accepted in your country then why go through all the trouble of signing up for a PayPal account and later have it limited where you can't send, receive nor withdraw any funds out of it. Don't make sense!
paypal is a greedy cash cow. while alertpay is a trusted bank account. Paypal can block you at point of time and put a hold on your account for atleast 6 months. there are several billion dollars they are keeping like that and make money from the interest easily
AP fees are way too high man. if you dun care about the fees, then AP should be ok, otherwise, choose PayPal..
Paypal does many ways to take money from your account and block you . You cannot raise a complaint also .. But alertpay does not ban your account for no reason.
PayPal is always best, but user from not supported country by PP can use Alertpay. Both are best for their different type of service.
If you're a seller, I don't see any harm in offering both of them so your buyers can choose their prefered payment processor.
i am using alertpay, easy verification process makes it easier .paypal dont support my country but i use them in another way .always need to be careful while i use paypal
I will use PayPal. Because it is widely used. Alertpay isn't much popular yet. For me the verification process of AP is quiet hard then PP.
I second that. If many people start using other payment processors I have no problem on using others.
