Hello I used VPSLAND.COM and had very bad experience.And now they are not returning my money. They took lot of my money in starting and told me that their VPS are very good..But their server gets down for 10 hours a day twice a week They really have very poor service Now they are not returning money when i asked refund. Please dont ever use them Thanks

Sad to hear that, VPS Land don't have a money refund policy, I think you should have ask it initially.
Chances of asking a refund with a provider like VPS Land will be very less I guess Though what you have mentioned is correct, but they will have some kind of process for refund depending upon the type of issue.
Try to report them on Paypal (if you pay via Paypal) and you will take your money back. I had 4 commercial sites (eshops) on VPSLAND. At the beginning the server was crashing very often. NO COMMUNICATION at all. I just only was waiting when my sites will come back on-air. (4-5 days later) On October-2012 ... as I "smelled" that this GHOST-COMPANY can not support customers i decided to change hosting-provider, but before i find the time to chose and setup a new server i show my server down, and after asking them about this issue, i received a message saying that they decided to change my plan, to migrate to cloud servers (WITHOUT any previous NOTICE). My sites went offline for 5 days and the best .... ALL MY DATA LOST. Just deleted. Nothing else. Damage : no orders for 5 days + many many many days to re-build my 4 sites + lost of all serious recently business-emails and other recently data. Then i searched internet about them and i found thousands of victims like me. SOMEBODY MUST STOP THEM !!!! THEY ARE CAUSING GREAT DAMAGE TO BUSINESS !!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DATA AND YOUR WORK AT ALL !!!! THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN, TO HAVE DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS !!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME !!!!
It seems that they outsourced their support to any new company and the techs in that company are not well trained.
If you violate there terms of service you wont get a refund and if you didn’t claim with in there money back guarantee with in the money back guarantee period you cant get it unless there nice. The down time is unfortunate, They should have a uptime guarantee they will give you a discount depending on how long your site was down for.
Sorry to hear your negative experience with them. Did you check terms of service before signup with them?
The term of hosting company will help the customer win or not. Any customer should read carefully before purchasing.
