Vps

    Do I need VPS hosting to host video streaming (like YouTube)..
    I can't install ffmpeg on shared hosting, what do you advice me to do? :confused:

    Hi,

    The problem doesn't lies in installation of ffmpeg. But very likely
    your account will require a lot of server resources and a shared
    hosting won't meet your demands.

    go for a low cost dedicated for high bandwidth apps. you can get a celeron D for $50 these days.
