VPS Server Settings Limit...

Recently, our wordpress blog transferred to a newhost... It's now on a VPS.

But we have a problem.. it doesn't retrieve all the data from a LONGTEXT field with more than 1000 lines... I don't know where to set it and what seems to be the problem.

In our old server, it works just fine.. even if the LONGTEXT field has more than 10,000 lines, it will still display all the data.

But now, in our VPS server at http://www.hostican.com/ the post with more than 1000 lines are not displayed...

    Try check it here:

    http://www.prcboardexamresults.com/let-august-2007-results-secondary-level-a-to-b/

as you can see, there are no data displayed at all.. But if you check the database... the data is there...

If I edit it, and post a show phrase.. it will appear.. but if it's more than 1000 lines, it doesn't appear.

I don't know where to set it in our VPS server.. i think someone here can help us..

I really do hope so.. :( is it in the php.ini file? but I don't know where and how :(

Maybe your mysql settings? Never encountered this problem before though.

i've ask our host's tech support.. but they said it's not their problem anymore.. because it's a VPS...

If you'll edit the post.. ul see the contents.. but if you save it and view it.. you cannot.. but if you edit it and erase the data with 1000+ lines.. for example i'll eliminate the first 500 lines.. it will then show..

but if it's more than 1000 lines it will not show.. :(

The problem is with the host :( They limit it so that CPU and RAM usage will not be abused :( too bad T_T
