What might be the problem?

I restarted Apache, switched over to light.
I restarted the vps 3 times.

So what is the problem? And what can i do to fix it?

The URLs that you mentioned seem to be resolving correctly (there are some PHP errors displaying on your http://69.162.117.140/ home page).

Are you able to provide more details on the problem that you are experiencing?

Like the others have said, we'll need more info before any of us will really be able to help. Both resolved correctly for me, so I'm not sure as to what the problem really is. Like another user mentioned, on the IP link, I see some PHP issues, but that's related to the script. If Apache was down, it isn't now.
