    Well to be honest I would say yes depending on what copyrighted material it is, but those are quite high risk catagorys of files you'll be uploading, meaning that there is a big risk of a DMCA coming to us and then it would be passed to you, so unfortunatly im having to say no, best looking at off shore VPS

    South east asia location is very expensive like bandwidth and IPs

    You can find servers from USA which is high response in SEA.
