    3tb bandwidth and 2gb ram will cost you a lot more than $30 per month . The 100gb adds on more, the cPanel will ad an average of $15 as bentink pointed out. Either lower your requirements by a great deal OR increase your budget 3 folds, otherwise you won't find anything reliable - just oversellers with terrible quality servers and support.
