So far, I have has an amazing experience with VPS Latch. I ordered a VPS from them, and it was set up instantly. However not that long later, I had a few questions about the server, and how to change a few things. Their technical support team were brilliant. They replied to my support request within only 10 minutes with a very descriptive, and easy to follow solution to the problem I was having. Their support team are very undertstanding of any problems you may be having. Ive been to so many different hosting companies, and most of them just assume your an expert with server management. VPS Latch are most certainly not like that. They undertstand your problem, and address it to teh best of their abilities. Furthermore, the speed and uptime of the server has so far been top notch. Not once have I experienced downtime, and everytime I have been on a website on the server the loading times have been great. VPS Latch's prices are also great. Im only paying around $40 per month for a VPS with 1gb RAM, 60GB disk space, and WHM/cPanel included. I couldnt recommend VPS Latch any more. They are a great provider of VPS servers, and I will not be moving away from them any time soon that's for sure!
