Buying VPS hosting for my warez website

    I want to buy a VPS hosting. with following details

    10gb hard disk
    1000gb bandwidth
    3gb Ram
    fast processor

    I want hosting with good uptime as i already have bad experience with low servers and hosting from any country where warez hosting is allowed other than USA and UK
