I don't know what your people are telling you but things are not fine. All of my domains I've got hosted on my server are not working and I cannot access anything via FTP. Your "live chat" isn't working right now and your techs aren't responding to emails. Your tech usually had a fast response rate in the past but this week have been really slow to respond.

I've just gotten suspended today from a shared hosting because the website ate up a fair bit of the RAM resources allocated due to some embedded videos, and I need to get a good VPS host fast!
