Vps for warez linking fast and stable

    Hi i need a fast and stable hosting for my forum.

    I don't upload /host any kind of files and i use warez linking.

    I need a Vps with hard disk space about 300gb and 1 sql and 100mb port trafiic about 500gb.

    Give please some offers and i want also to know what the company do if any user do a abuse does it don't care at all if it's from a user or it contact me so i can do what i think is ok or it will shutdown my site straight?
