Hi all, i would like to buy a vps! It would be mainly use for ffmpeg conversions. Torrent would be used just for downloading not seeding, and only periodically. Vps specs: min 40gb hd min 300gb bandwidth min 512 ram centos available for os free reinstalls and reboots (a control panel would be the best so i can do it) Most important: high bandwidth: min 4000 kb/s - transfering files have to be fast. Vps will be used for private uses, no sharing, no public site, mainly for conversions, then transferring converted videos (that is the reason i need speed) Budget: will not write anything as you will then pm me with that. You say a price, and i will accept it if it is affordable for this service. Also it would be best if you are not new in the vps business, so i can get a few review on your hosts. Pm me if interested.
Have a look at santrex.net. They allow torrent on their VPS deals, prices are modest and reliability and stability are their strong points.
Did you have a location in mind? If your always uploading to a specific location, it'll be best to find a provider located near there to get the best speeds.

About santrex: you can't use torrent on their vps-s, they have seedboxes for torrent, but i don't want to seed. I needed a workplace, that is why a vps is best. The winner is heroehost (i was already with them, but there was a few misunderstanding on my end, but after a few message everything has been cleared.)
