Buying vps for free hosting

starting a free hosting site and i need a low cost vps with the ability to ease up to higher plans,and a dedi if needed later.I will be running Layered Panel so please make sure that your plan/server is compatiable with this...

 

What type of panel would you like? Do you have a budget in mind?

Layered Panel System Requirements:

* A dedicated server or a VPS machine. LP will NOT run on shared hosting accounts as it's not "just a script" but a full OS
* Linux 2.4 or above OS Redhat, Debian, CentOS, Slackware, SuSe, Ubuntu, ... Mail for more if you have another system.
* No other control panel on the server. A V2 is a complete panel it will colide with other panels and will require limiting their IPs. We recommend a machine with no other panel on it for best performance
* You do not need any software on the server except Linux! A Min install OS (no services) will work the best (and also cost less to rent)
* 1 or 2 free IP addresses
* SSH access to your server or VPS
* A domainname

Wow, I glanced over that Layered Panel requirement! That panel looks like it just needs any ol *nix install, just like most of the control panels out there.
