VPS Expert needed to help configure my vps $$$

    The main problem I am having is that everytime I try and access a directory I get 403 errors, no matter what the chmod is. The only way I can access things is to access them through a page (php or html ie the server must access them).

    I would also like to have it optimized

    Is no one interested in this? Just name your price. This should be a simple httpd config edit, and vps optimization for someone who knows what they are doing.
