    What vps providers do you recommend?

    I was wondering if I can find something for 20$ / month.

    You can find a VPS for that price but sometimes you have to watch the restrictions on the number of e-mails that can go out within a certain time.

    You are better off using Amazon's Simple Email Service - first 2k emails a day are free, then $0.10 per thousand emails after that. It will require some coding, but it's pretty straightforward.
