    What sort of VPS server are you using?
    Are there nightly backups included ?
    Where are the servers located?
    Whats uptime guarantee?
    Whats current uptime like?
    Is there Awstats on the VPS's ?
    Any type of sites you dont take (i.e. Proxys etc)
