    For as much as I can tell, this is the first time in 15 days that this happened. this is a very reliable VPS server!

    He only needs to write that and paypal will close the claim, as paypal don't do any claims or disputes for Virtual Goods.

    if you used a Credit Card as your payment method, then it does not matter if Paypal wont do anything. Contact the card provider and request a refund for undelivered services, they will refund your money, then its up to paypal to get it back from the creep who hit and run

    Oh and by the way, thats exactly what I am now going to do, ordered a seedbox feb 23, was issued a vps, after a week of mailing him he replied he would swap it over within 24 hours, had 1 mail since asking for desired username and pass and silence ever since

    I reckon the sellers attitude is simple, if he can sell 20 vps or seedboxes weekly and dont deliver, well thats 300 a week and most wont worry about the 15 bucks its cost them as thats almost small change

    He has to have a good server to start with to provide a service (even if it is only for a few days) and they are not cheap, then set up all the VPS and seedboxes, not a quick task? All that just to scam a few bucks..... is it really worth it? How much would the server have cost him? :rolleyes:

    The seller hasn't even been banned from here. He was last online around 3 days ago...
    I guess he planned to continue this scam for a few more days, so he can get more ROI out of it.

    Maybe he got a special offer for the first month at his DC? :)

    The server is with Burst, Burst has for a long time had a good deal with the first month for 1$, any month beyond that is 99$!

    Thats a Core2Quad with 2gb ram etc
