    I just checked mine after reading this and mine is down too. Luckily I decided this was not for me a few days ago and moved everything to another host's VPS.
    Was going to keep this one for testing purposes since the uptime was good and fast speed but now I doubt that will happen.

    Our VPS's are probably down because burstnet suspended his account due to violation of AUP/TOS :D

    I am deciding if it is worth my time to open a dispute for a refund of $15...

    I hate to say, I told you so ;)

    Paypal don't give refunds for Virtual Items, all he needs to do is to write "This is a virtual item" in the comment box and close it to a dispute and paypal will close it after a few days.

    Everyone can find a random IP that points to Germany, so far everyone has pointed out that all the IP's are US IP's that points towards the BurstNET datacenter.

    Mine still down, will leave it now since I stopped using it anyway, I used as much data as I could (streaming) before switching so the $15 is not a concern. I doubt anyone else will pay for one now. It's the lack of response by recoilnd what ruins things for him. :rolleyes:
