    They are not a scam but their support is bad right now. Their Uptime is excellent ( Over a month with them and 100% Uptime) and their Servers are fast but Support is not there, they really need to work at this and this is the reason why I will be can canceling and moving to another provider. If you need a VPS but support is not necessary then they are good but if you need support, is just not there.
