    I got my first email from them at 29/05/2008 7:31PM

    I waited till today at 2:00pm . still no email, I've gone on there livechat 2 times and no response.

    I put in a cancellation request, they cancelled my package but didn't refund me.

    I really don't know what's going on with them, my first VPS got setup so fast and it's up. I went to live chat this morning and they said that they were going to reply my support ticket but nothing. They are usually fast, great uptime but support is starting to look bad.

    As I keep ranting, they are the best I have been with. I am sure they are trying their utmost best to help everyone, lets not forget, they do have a phone number!! Give them a ring.

    They are good, but for some reasons not right now, over 2 days and a Support Ticket set in HIGH, with no replies? This is my 2nd VPS wit them but they are taking way too long to set it up and reply to the ticket but they are not like this, I hope theres a good reason for this. I'll just wait for a reply and hopefully very soon.
