    Torrents/Rapidleech are just a method of communication. By themselves they are not illegal, downloading pirated software is however illegal. I don't block/limit torrents, Its up to the user to not do anything illegal.

    Got my free account. Works well and guide is very straight forward. However, when you say dynamic, I'll get different IPs upon connect/reconnect? Cos, I am getting only 1 same IP.

    It gives you the lowest ip available in queue. It's not random. Your ip will only change if other users login or logout inbetween your logins.

    Does your VPN support everything including FTP?

    You're saying your VPN assigns IPs dynamically. Does that mean that every time someone connects to your VPN they get a different four number IP address or does only the last number change as in 192.168.1.*
    If only the last (4th) number changes then im interested.

    The VPN supports all internet communication.

    Our ip address blocks can sometimes be within the same Class C range. Sometimes they wont, it just depends on what the current and future IP demand is.

    Yes, it is a dynamic VPN. You dont have 'many ips', you cant just change ips on whim, when you disconnect and reconnect you'll most likely get the same ip address you had before you reconnected. It just goes in order with whatever is available.

    If your need is for many ips, so you can spam craigslist or whatever, I would suggest you go with a different service. This one is not suited for that sort of spam. (And spamming is against the TOS)
