VPN or Socks for paypal connection?

Hello,

I will create an US paypal account soon and I want to avoid limitation but I don't know what to choose between the two options below:

1- I have a dedicated server in USA with 3 dedicated IP, I can use one to connect via socks to paypal website, then I can be concidered as an US client.

2- I have a VPN account in USA and I can use it too to access the paypal website.

Now I don't know what's the best solution to avoid paypal limitation, SOCKS or VPN?

I think that either would work well but I would go for your own server because that is more reliable I think.

 

The best solution is using VPN with Dedicated US IP.

Because with Dedicated IP VPN you will have a secure L2TP connection and it's the best for using at PayPal. Anyway it's your choice. You can use your own dedicated IPs, too. That was only a suggestion.

Both are not a good option.You can get your account banned if PayPal find out.
Why don't you use normal connection to login to PP account?

 

Because I'm from Morocco and moroccan accounts are just sending accounts, I can't receive money if I create a moroccan account.
