    I am being offered to claim a Google Adwords voucher, but already have a PPC account. Can existing customers use it?

    Read the terms. I find that usually it is ONLY on opening an account, which is a shame.

    If you have taken an AdWords seminar or class, the vouchers will usually work for existing accounts. You still need to read the terms or just try it.
