Voucher question

    When I signed up for YSM, I used a promo code (voucher) which gave an additional free credit of $100 to my account. I wonder if there is any time limit in which I have to spend this free credit?

    I signed up for it, it said I had it when I entered my credit card info but when the account info screen where is shows balance, it still shows just $30, what gives? Do they not show that credit in your balance or ???

    My balance shows including the $100 free credit. Try to wait a little and if it doesn't appear, contact them. They reply within 24 hours.

    I emailed customer service and they said it takes 2 to 3 days for the credit to show up.
